Would love the see the forum upgraded to FireBoard.

And I think the design is abit bloated. Thinked about YOOtheme or RocketTheme?

I agree. Fireboard is much cleaner and easier to use! Your components are great and your website should be too!

Good to see that someone agree.
Joomlaboard is deprecated, and FireBoard is the new. Since you can create a more polished design.

From the fireboard wiki:
1. First, unpack the archive on your local computer. First, unpack the archive on your local computer.
2. Go to your Joomla! Administration > Installer > Componenets
3. Select the “component_Fireboard_Forum_1.0.4.zip” package and click on “Install”.
4. After a successful installation, go to Components > Fireboard Forum
5. Once you enter the control panel, at top of the page you will notice a dialogue is asking you weather you want to upgrade from “Joomlaboard” or a “Clean Install”. Click on “Import from Joomlaboard” and Fireboard will automatically import your database and file structure.

If you have any further questions or problems, please visit the BestofJoomla.com forums.

Note Fireboard does not modify your Joomlaboard installation and database. Feel free to try Fireboard while your Joomlaboard is still running on your website.

Looks great! Glad to see you finally made the jump! And based on the quick turn around after my last post it looks like it wasn't too much trouble to upgrade.

From a functionality perspective, there are too many features of fireboard to list that will make posting on this forum much more enjoyable!

From a visual perspective, fireboard is just so much more pleasing to look at. No more bold text throughout the forum, funky looking signatures, unintuitive menus, etc. Everything looks cleaner and is much nicer to work with.
