I tested Addressbook 1.2 component today with a Chinese translation.
Ok, it can work properly. But the page navigation buttons at the bottom of the page was not translated. They appear in English though I had set the site language to simplified_chinese. Other fileds of this component can show correct Chinese.
What's wrong ?
I think this is not a big problem since you can use the definition for PageNav buttons from Joomla itself.

hehe, Maybe you forgot to use the Joomla PagNav according to current site language.
If it is not easy to check, just change those code to own language string and I can translate them in the language file.
