New version of AkoComment Tweaked Special Edition 1.4.6

Total compatibility with Joomfish and Mambo for this release.

Changelog : Version 1.4.6

Bug fix :

- CSS on form if comment = null
- Compliance with MAMBO
- session_start() already
- On report (comment in question), error var akocomments
- Compliance with Joomlfish for module Last X comments and module Most Favoured
