Update v.1.1.0 adds some features to VisualRecommend

VisualRecommend is a viral marketing tool used for recommend your articles to user-friendly. Mails tracking, statistics and export mailing-list to CSV file.

This component collects the senders email and the recipients email and you have no way of knowing if this person wants to receive emails from you in the future.
