mXcomment: new plugin for Community Builder

A new plugin for mXcomment is now available for download. This CB plugin provides tabs for user comments and user favoured by mXcomment in the Community Builder user's profil.
Run with CB 1.02 or with the new version 1.1 of Community Builder.
