Pair remarks 1. An incorrect choice of Russian utf-8. Not going into details it was necessary to win a bug russianutf8.php to rename in russian.php having replaced existing russian.php - in which the coding by the way is probably incorrectly specified (it is specified too utf-8 while it ANSI or something in this sort.   2. At a conclusion of materials personally for me very much useful function of a conclusion of the text up to feature would be more detailed (clause used in the text) - instead of being limited only number of symbols of the text.
